Consult
Open the customer, or create one while they’re standing there. Measurements are recorded per piece, left and right, and stay with the person.
Write the order
The suit from your catalog at the price you quoted, the base price kept beside it. Alterations that come with it ride along at no charge. Note the deposit you expect.
Stock or order
Each item is set aside from the shelf or marked for ordering. One to-order list across every open order, by vendor, with style number and size.
Out to the tailor
Hand the garment to your outside tailor with a due-back date, or let their usual turnaround set it. It’s flagged the morning it’s late. Back in, it goes straight to try-on.
Try-ons
Numbered fittings, the last one marked final. The customer sees each one on their portal. The order moves as the garment does.
Ready, then collected
Four checks before a garment is marked ready. A pickup text writes itself and waits for your approval. The balance stays on the order until it’s paid.
